Products & orders
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, imagery, pricing and availability. Screen settings, photography and the natural characteristics of gemstones and precious metals may cause slight visual variations.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions or other reasonable circumstances. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
